• Abstract submission open : 1 February – 21 February 2025 (Extended to 28 February 2025)

• Please do not modify the format and please convert to PDF for submission.
• The recommended length of the abstract is 250-300 words. (5000 charactors)
• Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed.

Submission step

• Go to our submission system >> https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/STEMAICEAST2025
• If you already have an account in the Microsoft CMT system, please enter your email and password to log in. If you are new to CMT, please create an account.

• Click on the “Conferences” menu at the top right corner and select STEMAICEAST2025.
• Click on the “Create new submission” button.

• Select the appropriate “Track” relevant to your work.

• Fill in all required information and upload the abstract file in both Word and PDF formats. Then, click the “Submit” button.
• You can track the status of your abstract by logging into the Microsoft CMT system
